A reflex transfer has a shiny reflective coating. It is designed for safety clothing and sportswear. The reflective material improves the wearer’s visibility at night or in poor light conditions. The reflective material appears bright when, for example, it is illuminated by the headlights of a car.
When you send us a graphic, your motif is screen-printed as a highly reflective layer onto a transparent foil. It is bonded with either a liquid or powder adhesive. For a powder adhesive, the foil must have white areas. Everything is then dried at high temperature.
A reflex transfer can be used in the same way as a plastisol transfer. They are not suitable for fine motifs. They can be used on almost all types of textile.

What kind of artwork do we need from you?
To ensure everything runs smoothly, please upload your artwork in the selected format as vector data. Ideally, the files should be mirrored. Please also make sure that the line thickness is not below 0.7 mm.
How does the transfer achieve its effect?
This transfer combines a special film with screen printing. The design is printed onto a film with a special effect layer using either liquid adhesive or white ink with powder adhesive. The entire process is then fixed at high temperature.
Can the transfer be peeled hot (hot peel)?
This transfer is designed for cold peel only. After pressing, allow the design to cool down first and remove the carrier film only afterwards. This process ensures the best possible final effect. Hot peeling is not recommended.
When can you expect your transfers?
We start working on your order immediately after it is placed. Standard production time is 2–3 working days, but after adding the order to the cart, you can also choose a faster production and shipping option to receive your transfers the next day.
